Brushing

Brushing our teeth is the number one most important thing we can do to protect our teeth from germs and bacteria that can cause cavities and other oral health problems. A Cambridge dentist says that brushing twice a day will keep our teeth both healthy and strong so that they last our whole lives. Here are a few tips and ways to improve your brushing so that your teeth will be healthier and stronger.
While brushing, always make sure not to scrub too hard, whereas this can actually damage the teeth and gums causing problems in the future for your teeth.  Make sure to brush using a circular motion that with the toothbrush slightly tilted. This will allow the toothbrush to get in between the teeth better and remove plaque and sugar that can be causing cavities on the teeth. Brush twice a day for about two to three minutes each time.
The Cambridge dentist says “if you follow these directions, your teeth will be healthier than you can imagine.” Brushing on a daily basis is a great way for the teeth to become healthy and strong without too much effort on your part. Make sure you are brushing every day and your teeth will be stronger than ever.
